NC3Rs Studentship in Dickens Lab

Due to funding from NC3Rs I am advertising a PhD studentship in my lab at the University of Liverpool. This project will use a stem-cell derived model of the blood-brain barrier to generate a blood-brain tumour barrier to investigate treatments for glioblastoma. This PhD studentship is in collaboration with Michael Jenkinson (Neurosurgeon, University of Liverpool), Steven Pollard (GBM expert, University of Edinburgh​) & Nacho Romero (models of the BBB expert, Open University) labs. This studentship can start as soon as a suitable candidate is identified.
